Kantishna Roadhouse Deferred Maintenance and Repairs

YCC provides owner’s representation for facility repairs and infrastructure improvements at Kantishna Roadhouse. The work requires coordination across multiple scopes, limited seasonal access, and lodge operating needs.
YCC coordinates contractors and technical consultants, reviews proposed changes and payment requests, tracks costs and schedules, and helps the owner establish priorities for current and future work.
Kantishna Roadhouse Microgrid

YCC provides owner’s representation for solar generation, battery storage, and generator integration at Kantishna Roadhouse. Remote access, seasonal construction windows, and coordination with other facility improvements shape delivery.
YCC coordinates the project team, tracks equipment and installation schedules, reviews changes and payment requests, and helps the owner plan the work required for system integration and turnover.

YCC is developing a Fuel System Playbook to help Deloy Ges prioritize maintenance and capital investment in its existing fuel infrastructure.
The assignment combines records review, operator input, field observations, and cathodic protection findings into an asset reference, prioritized recommendations, preliminary cost ranges, and a practical plan for follow-up work.
